Our policies
Cancellation
The session fee, minus a $100 non-refundable administrative fee, is refunded without question if you cancel before 20 October 2026; card fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued after that date — a full credit toward next year's event, or transfer to another athlete, is available instead until 20 October 2026. If we have to cancel for health reasons, you get a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
